We already had good well water, but this filtration system takes it to a whole new level. The instructions were easy enough to follow, and it went together easily. Struggled a tiny bit priming the black filters, but that was because of my faucet being too big for the priming adapter. We got them primed and performed a leak test, then the red dye test. It all went without a hitch, and now we're enjoying cleaner filtered water in our home. Thanks for being a great product....
I was told the Berkey water purifier was the best water purification system available, and it has lived up to the billing for the past 2 1/2 years. The water from the Berkey is so clean that now if I sip bottled water from a store, I can actually taste the plastic from the bottle. I will forever use a Berkey water purification system in my home.
Set up the Berkey and the water tastes great! Wish I would have ditched my Aqua Tru a long time ago!
Another item I never received after ordering 20 days ago. No answer from anyone and the website seems really sketchy. Until I hear from an actual human I will NEVER order from here again
We not only use our Big Berkey at our home but also take it with us when we travel in our RV across the country. The Berkey always makes any water, from any where taste great!

I received my Berkey but had travel commitments. When I finally starting the assembly process I found that one of the Black Berkey Elements was missing a sealing washer. I have contacted seller and the washer is on the way. My daughter and family love their Berkey and I am anxious to finally get mine up and runnng.
Well made and arrived in perfect condition. We were going to save it for emergencies but instead we use it for every day drinking water.

This was easy to assemble and it’s so convenient. We feel confident that we are drinking water without all the contaminants. So glad we made this purchase.
So far, no complaints. Definitely one of the easiest and best means to purify water. Entire household (family of 6) consuming more water since the purchase of the Royal Berkey.
Son uses this at college and the Water quality and taste vastly improved versus what comes directly from the tap (municipal water source). Also, own a Royal Berkey for our home (family of 5). Coincidently, Entire household consuming more water than before Berkey ownership (including son at college using the big Berkey)
I purchased the Big Berkey due to having city water and hating the taste. We have been buying bottled water for years and it just seems so wasteful. Plus, who knows what contaminants are in city/bottled water. This was easy to set up and get going; the water is so fresh. Very happy with the purchase so far. If you are reading this and aren’t sure, just do it! You definitely won’t regret it!
Filters arrived within just a couple of days. They are easy to install. That’s when I realized how much faster the water was filtered! I enjoy knowing my water is pure and tastes great.

We have 2 Berkeys in our home & 1 Berkey in a guest house. Very Satisfied with Berkey. PROOF: The filter in our year-old refrigerator recently went bad & now there is a very disgusting taste & bad smell to the ice made from the Refrigerator Ice Maker. Our water from the Berkey is odor free & tastes very good. Since our Refrigerator Ice Maker needs a new filter, we make ice from the Berkey Dispenser water in our counter top auto ice maker. Long time Berkey owners & very satisfied.
