Easy to assemble, initial priming is a challenge the first time. Filtered water tastes great. So much better than filtering individual pitchers throughout the day.
Stand under the Berkey is helpful and stainless spigot with glass level is worth it.

Great Product

The small Berkeley works great on my bar and the non-skid rubber stand keeps it in place ... I have other water filter systems at home, but I'm thinking of getting a bigger Berkeley for our kitchen. We keep the one on our bar filled with pre-filtered water and it taste so much better. I have started using Berkeley water to make the ice for my daily Old Fashions ... great, well made product.

Super happy

A great option for a family of 5! We drink a ton of water, and now regularly use our Berkey filtered water for all cooking/etc. After learning of a little known cancer cluster in our area, I wanted to have a more accessible, easy to use option than a Brita filtered pitcher. This works great for us. The whole family has switched gears in a couple of months and it has definitely helped the kids and hubby drink more water.

All Berkey products are warrantied by the Berkey manufacturer New Millennium Concepts, Ltd (“NMCL”). Systems (not including filters) have a 12-month warranty, and black filters are covered under a 2-year pro-rated warranty.

New Millennium Concepts, Ltd. warrants its product against defects in materials or workmanship during ordinary consumer use. This limited warranty does not cover product issues caused by any other reason for the time periods and conditions set forth below.

For a period not to exceed twelve months from the original date of purchase of the product, New Millennium Concepts, Ltd. will, solely at its discretion, replace a stainless steel system or component that it deems is not functioning properly during the stated warranty period.
