This travel size Berkey is the perfect size for our home. It was easy to set up. It's right by our sink so easy to fill. The filtered water is delicious. No more clorinated taste from the tap. Enough filtered water to satisfy our needs and I use it for my sourdough, no more letting the tap water sit out to be able to use. An excellent product.
Anything you can do to drink cleaner water is a health bonus especially those toxins that are not filtered at the tap of incoming city supplied water. Water tastes so much better!

So glad I decided to make an investment in my family to provide safe filtered water. No need to drink fluoride at this day and age. They really need to remove it from our water supply. I don’t want this element in my family's’ body. The arsenic filter goes without saying…who wants element in their water please.
Overall, extremely happy with our Berkey filtration system. Every household should have one.
I have been waiting years to buy this. But it is not available in California. I am in Aspen for a consulting job and I took advantage to order it here and take it back home. I couldn't be happier I am a Chef and will be using this for all my home recipes and breads. The water tasted very good.

I have used my Berkey for over 30 days. I am enjoying the clean water that I can filter straight from my faucet. I also use it for my dogs to prevent parasites and metals going into our bodies. My
only complaint is that there isn’t a clear bar on the side to tell me my water level. And found the hard way that you can’t overfill the top to keep it full without it spilling all over the countertop.
Works great. Handy for filling your glass from the countertop without having to move the reservoir. stable. stays firmly in place.
The Berkey is indispensable. The water tastes great, and it's such a comfort to know that we can have clean water to drink. The travel size is perfect for my wife and I, and it's very easy to use, clean when needed, and refill.
These filters are the only part I need to get my Berkey up and running again. I don’t understand what is taking so long to restock them. Please give an update on availability if possible. My name has been on the wait list for at least one year. Thank you for such a wonderful water purification system.
I love my Berkey water filtering system. I won’t drink water that hasn’t been filtered. People call me a water snob when I always bring my own water 😃 I haven’t been able to get the replacement filters and see other companys selling similar filters on line. I’m glad I really stocked up years ago. I haven’t run out yet but wonder why they have been sold out for so long??? I hope I don’t have to resort to a non Berkey company to supply my filters.
Would you please let us all know when the Black Berkey filters will be available again? They are sold out everywhere! I love your product and desperately need a new set of filters. If these are no longer going to be available, would you please suggest an alternative? Many thanks!
Everything we hoped for! The only bummer that it was dented in two spots when we unboxed it
We’ve been faithful fans of the Big Berkey for many years. We use it to filter our well water for drinking and cooking. I was having a lot of trouble getting replacement filters and was looking through the different websites. I realized that I could upgrade to the Royal Berkey and it came with filters. It was a no brainer because I was always filling the Big Berkey. With myself, my husband and dog, we use a lot of water. We love the larger volume and it still fits in the same spot.
We love our Berkey! The difference in the taste of the water is noticeable. Our German Shepherd (very fussy about her water, lol), loves it too! The only issue we had was that we purchased the stainless steel faucet with water level viewing and the first one had to be sent back to the manufacturer. The person that helped was wonderful and their initial solution was that we just take our Berkey apart and wait for the replacement item. Because the part has to go to the manufacturer we were unable just to order a new one and have them credit our card. Instead, we ordered an interim faucet from someplace else, which worked well while we waited for the replacement item.
I first purchased one for my brother and his family. They are very very happy with their Berkey. I'm happy I was able to finally purchase one for myself. It's a good investment and can tell a biggest difference in our water. Also it's beautiful sitting on my kitchen counter. Quality all the way!
I only encountered one problem with my Berkey. I over filled it and it leaked out water. There is no gauge to determine if you can add water and how much. You have to lift up the top reservoir and look in the bottom reservoir to estimate how much water to add.
We LOVE our Berkey! We had some minor growing pains with setup, but now that it's running well, we're very happy! We watched some YouTube tutorials to redo our set up, but then our Berkey started working perfectly without doing anything.
Had used the plastic spigot that came with the Berkey until recently. I am trying to replace plastic as I can with stainless steel or other non-plastic alternative. This one works great -no leaking and as one person commented, water does seem to run faster. I also feel better about one less bit of plastic leaching into my water.
The base is very nice and won't scratch my beautiful counter tops! I bought the Berkey for a small household and it's perfect!
