Improved my healthy greatly

Our tap water is continually contaminated with fuel due to a large spill, and I ha been oddly sick for years with activity imtolerance, shortness of breath and malsise (yet clean bill of health.). Id been using the pitcher type of water filter, that helped a liftle. Wifhin 1-2 days of using the Berkey, instantly, my energy and endurance returned. No more shortness of breath. Life-changing. I bought one for my son and his family, as the state he lives in had poor water quality and he will be filtering the water from his water service additonally through the Berkerly. Thank you for such a great product. Am hoping that eventually Berkey makes filter shower heads and full home filter systems.

Second Berkey but uncertain

This is the second Berkey system that Iʻve purchased and have been a big fan since I learned about this company. Two main things I notice about this one though, both having to do with the filters.
The first, is that the water is cloudy even after heavily priming the filters. Water that goes into the top chamber clear, has filtered out slightly cloudy for about a month now. There are some theories online that say it could be the acidity of my water and the pH changing as it goes through the filters. This causes some minerals to precipitate out of the water, apparently? I never had this issue with the first Berkey I purchased and am still living in the same area. I donʻt notice any taste difference and the red food coloring test still holds up - so Iʻve been drinking it and trusting itʻs fine. My water comes from catchment with a 15, then 5 micron filter followed by a UV light before going into the Berkey.
The second issue is that the filters seem MUCH slower and will completely stop altogether once there is anything less than 4in of water in the top chamber.

As I mentioned, this is the second Berkey black system Iʻve purchased and am a big fan of the product. Maybe I just got a bad batch of filters? Would still recommend, however with some caution this time.

Clean water is great

We are loving the water we get from the Berkeley water filtering. It is clean and easy to drink. We were on city water and it left much to be desired both in flavor and what was in it. Thankful for clean water now.

Wow! My husband and I absolutely love our Berkey. We actually are drinking more water now because of the excellent taste. We have had other water purifiers in the past but the Berkey is clearly superior. We just wish we had known about the Berkey sooner.

Warranty

All Berkey products are warranted by the Berkey manufacturer, New Millennium Concepts, Ltd (“NMCL”). Systems (excluding filters) have a 12-month warranty, and black filters are covered under a 2-year prorated warranty.

The Phoenix Gravity New Millennium Edition Filter Elements have a 12-month warranty.

New Millennium Concepts, Ltd. warrants its product against defects in materials or workmanship during ordinary consumer use. This limited warranty does not cover product issues caused by any other reason for the time periods and conditions set forth below.

For a period not to exceed twelve months from the original date of purchase of the product, New Millennium Concepts, Ltd. will, solely at its discretion, replace a stainless steel system or component that it deems is not functioning properly during the stated warranty period.
