The Travel Berkey® Bundle combines the compact Travel Berkey® Water Filter System with the premium Stainless Steel Berkey Water View™ Spigot for added convenience and easy monitoring of the lower chamber water level.

The Water View™ Spigot allows you to check the water level without removing the lid. Constructed from polished food-grade 304 stainless steel, it eliminates plastic contact at the spigot and features a smooth ceramic disc valve for reliable everyday use.

Travel Berkey with 7" spigot

Product did not disappoint. Stainless steel is the best! Love the water freshness and knowing that we are eliminating so many contaminants in the water we drink using the filters. Spigot makes it easy to know when the water is low before it is completely emptied. Still adapting to the Travel Berkey and wonder whether there could be some way an indicator could be placed on the system to know when to change the filters besides keeping track of the gallons being used, etc.

Peace of Mind

This water filter sits right next to my kitchen sink. The water tastes good and I can only assume it is removing all it is advertised to remove from my city water. I purchased the additional fluoride and arsenic filters. I am glad I ordered the optional water view spigot. Makes it a no brainer to know when to refill. The Travel Berkey is just the right size for my home.

So much room for improvement

Had such high hopes, had even blindly recommended it to other families before purchasing myself.

In reality it’s just shiny parts cobbled together with a really good actual water filter using 1940s engineering approach. My virage percolator has more sophisticated design.

Main issue is that it leaks if upper chamber has more water than lower.
The unit would be a nightmare if I didn’t purchase the water view spigot, which should be included honestly.
To actually make sure that it works you need to run a chemical test with the provided food dye!

everything from the product design, to the instructions of how to begin to use it, to actually putting it together feels like a really really dated afterthought in.

Definitely overpriced.

No more lugging in gallon jugs and cases of bottled water.

My water tastes better and there is no Chlorine smell. My tea tastes great! I would give my Berkey a rating of 10 out of 5. The size is perfect for the kitchen in my small cottage. The set up was very easy and straight forward. I like having the water view spigot because it clues me when to refill.

Warranty

All Berkey products are warranted by the Berkey manufacturer, New Millennium Concepts, Ltd (“NMCL”). Systems (excluding filters) have a 12-month warranty, and black filters are covered under a 2-year prorated warranty.

The Phoenix Gravity New Millennium Edition Filter Elements have a 12-month warranty.

New Millennium Concepts, Ltd. warrants its product against defects in materials or workmanship during ordinary consumer use. This limited warranty does not cover product issues caused by any other reason for the time periods and conditions set forth below.

For a period not to exceed twelve months from the original date of purchase of the product, New Millennium Concepts, Ltd. will, solely at its discretion, replace a stainless steel system or component that it deems is not functioning properly during the stated warranty period.
